My experience and qualifications assist you to get where you want to go
I founded Career Confident to help people manage their careers now and into the future. I have been through career change– and understand that the career challenges we face are in the context of other life events. Therefore, a solution to career needs must be holistic, factoring in personal contentment. With an informal approach, I enjoy helping people help themselves.
My strong professional credentials include over two decades of experience in senior education, research and career program management roles. Early in my career, I was appointed Research Director for two Victorian Parliamentary Committees. Later, as Career Programs Consultant for the University of Melbourne’s Law School, I managed one of Australia’s largest and most successful student-industry mentoring programs. Years of engaging extensively with employers and leaders across diverse industries has equipped me with valuable insights which will help me help you. Many of my career writings have been published widely in the media and professional careers publications.
